The program aims to provide them with skills related to business management and entrepreneurship while also enabling them to establish professional and cultural connections with their country of origin.
MIB Trieste School of Management coordinates the program in collaboration with the ITA (Italian Trade Agency), the local Administration of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, and other regional organizations in Italy.
The program also enjoys the institutional support of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Goals
Origini Italia was created to:
- Strengthen cultural and professional ties between the descendants of emigrants and their homeland by having them rediscover the culture of their ancestors and explore new entrepreneurial and managerial experiences in collaboration with Italian companies.
- Foster collaboration between Italian companies and citizens of Italian origin around the world.
- Develop participants’ managerial skills and competencies through classroom training, seminars, workshops and in-company experiences.
- Provide participants with skills and competencies to run their own business or become entrepreneurs, returning to their country of residence with ideas and contacts useful for their professional future.

Thanks to the financial support of partner organizations and institutions, participation in the program is completely free of charge.
Covered services:
- Round-trip travel between the country of residence and the city of Trieste.
- Lodging for the period related to the duration of the course (including Christmas vacations).
- Lunch on training and work days for the period related to the duration of the course.

The project is organized in cooperation with ICE – Italian Trade Agency and enjoys the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and is supported by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
