On July 11th, Deputy Consul General Davide Corriero and Scientific Attaché Romeo Beccherelli visited NASA Ames Research Center for a stimulating exchange on space exploration and technology.
We deeply thank Center Director Eugene Tu, Center Lead Terry Pagán, Assistant Division Chief David Mauro, Astrobee Engineer Roberto Carlino and the whole team who welcomed us, showing some of the groundbreaking work underway at NASA Ames.
The visit has offered a precious opportunity to highlight Italy’s long history of innovation in aerospace, the ongoing collaborations between the Agenzia Spaziale Italiana and NASA – National Aeronautics and Space Administration on various missions and research projects, and to explore exciting possibilities for future US-Italy partnerships, leveraging our complementary strengths.
This visit reinforces the strong bond between Italy and the US in our shared journey towards a deeper understanding of the cosmos. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and reaching for the stars together.
