XI Edition of The Eduitalia Award Ceremony – San Francisco

On October 23rd, Ms. Céline Tan was awarded one out of eight Eduitalia Scholarships for teachers of Italian in United States by the Consul General Sergio Strozzi and the Education Attaché Daniela Mazza. The teacher was awarded at The Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco with the online presence of the Embassy of Italy in Washington and the Consulates of Italy in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Filadelfia, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami and New York. Ms. Céline Tan, who teaches Italian at the Burlingame High School with 4 courses and 140 students, will have the opportunity to attend a two-week learning and development program in Salerno at the Accademia Italiana – Centro di Lingua e Cultura. Our congratulations go to Ms. Céline Tan and to Principal Dr. Jen Fong, who promotes Italian Language and Culture Curriculum in her school.
