2.2 - IF NO APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE AND NEW APPOINTMENTS

Due to a large increase in demand, citizenship appointments at this Consulate have become increasingly limited or unavailable.

Applicants who are unable to find an available appointment can try checking Prenota OnLine Monday - Thursday at midnight (Italian time) at which time the system will free up new appointments on the first available date within the two-year limit (see point F.2 of item 2.1 above). If newly available appointments have already been booked, applicants can try checking again the next day after midnight Italian time between Monday and Thursday. For reasons of fairness and equity, we cannot make exceptions for those wishing for an appointment sooner than is available.
