{"id":9195,"date":"2026-08-03T14:46:25","date_gmt":"2026-08-03T21:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conssanfrancisco.esteri.it\/?p=9195"},"modified":"2026-09-24T15:20:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T22:20:14","slug":"italian-innovation-for-the-green-transition-17-companies-at-innovit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/conssanfrancisco.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dal_consolato\/2026\/08\/italian-innovation-for-the-green-transition-17-companies-at-innovit\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Innovation for the Green Transition: 17 Companies at INNOVIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seventeen innovative Italian companies took part in the latest <strong>CleanTech\/GreenTech acceleration program at INNOVIT \u2013 Italian Innovation and Culture Hub<\/strong>, bringing to San Francisco technologies and solutions addressing some of the key challenges of the green transition.<\/p>\n<p>From <strong>clean energy and grid resilience to regenerative agriculture and AI-enabled industrial operations<\/strong>, the participating companies showcased the breadth of Italy\u2019s innovation ecosystem and its growing contribution to the development of more sustainable and resilient economic and industrial models.<\/p>\n<p>The program concluded with a <strong>Demo Day at INNOVIT<\/strong>, opened on behalf of Consul General Massimo Carnelos by Deputy Consul General Davide Corriero. The event provided the companies with an opportunity to present their technologies and engage directly with investors, corporations, researchers, and sector specialists from across the Bay Area.<\/p>\n<p>The following day, the founders were welcomed at the <strong>Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco<\/strong> for a further exchange on their experience in the Bay Area, the connections developed during the program, and the opportunities ahead for international collaboration and growth.<\/p>\n<p>CleanTech and GreenTech have been a core part of INNOVIT\u2019s activities since the Hub\u2019s first acceleration programs in 2022\u20132023.
