STUDY VISAS<\/strong><\/p>\n As in previous years, applicants for study visas may now submit applications via their university\u2019s or academic program\u2019s batch process, if they arranged one with this office in prior years.<\/p>\n Alternately, applicants can contact the Honorary Consul closest to them to have their signatures on the application form authenticated, then mail their complete application packets, including passports, photos, payment, and prepaid USPS envelope for the return of their passports, to our address at 2590 Webster Street, San Francisco CA 94115.
