If the person is deceased, submit a copy of the last valid Italian identity document held by that person;<br \/>\n2. <strong>FULL BIRTH RECORD (ATTO DI NASCITA INTEGRALE)<\/strong> of the <strong>Italian parent\/grandparent<\/strong>, indicating both paternity and maternity and including any annotations, issued by the competent Italian Municipality (Comune) no more than six months prior to the date of the request for registration of the birth;<br \/>\n3. <strong>HISTORICAL CERTIFICATE OF CITIZENSHIP (CERTIFICATO STORICO DI CITTADINANZA)<\/strong> issued by the competent Italian Municipality (Comune) no more than six months prior to the date of the request for registration; of the birth;<\/li>\n<li><strong>HISTORICAL CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCE (CERTIFICATO STORICO DI RESIDENZA)<\/strong> issued by the competent Italian Municipality (Comune) of the Italian parent\u2019s\/grandparent\u2019s last residence or AIRE registration;<br \/>\n5. <u>Only if the Historical Certificate of Residence shows periods of residence abroad<\/u>: a <strong>CERTIFICATE OF NON-NATURALIZATION<\/strong> issued by the competent authorities of every country in which the Italian parent\/grandparent resided.
