{"id":872,"date":"2023-06-12T17:29:31","date_gmt":"2023-06-13T00:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conssanfrancisco.esteri.it\/?page_id=872"},"modified":"2023-08-03T15:54:55","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T22:54:55","slug":"fast-it-aire-registration-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conssanfrancisco.esteri.it\/en\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/anagrafe-degli-italiani-residenti-allestero-aire\/fast-it\/fast-it-aire-registration-2\/","title":{"rendered":"FAST IT &#8211; AIRE REGISTRATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/conssanfrancisco.esteri.it\/consolato_sanfrancisco\/resource\/img\/2018\/07\/logo_fast_it_new.png\" alt=\"logo fast it new\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO REGISTER IN AIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to Fast It &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolarionline.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/index.sco\">https:\/\/serviziconsolarionline.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/index.sco<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;CONSULAR REGISTER AND AIRE\u201d at the top of the page<\/li>\n<li>Go to the box entitled &#8220;REQUEST THE REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTRY OF ITALIAN CITIZENS LIVING ABROAD (AIRE)&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;GO TO THE SERVICE&#8221; and carefully read the instructions posted on the page before filling out the request<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IMPORTANT<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must fill out personal information EXACTLY as it appears on your Italian Passport.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have an Italian passport, fill out information EXACTLY as it appears on your birth certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Middle names should be included in the first name field &#8220;NOME&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Dates of birth must be in European format: DAY \/ MONTH \/ YEAR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following 4 (four) documents must be uploaded:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>AIRE registrarion request form<\/li>\n<li>Italian ID for each italian citizen;<\/li>\n<li>Proof of legal stay in the USA\u00a0for each italian citizen<\/li>\n<li>Proof of residence in this Consular district\u00a0that shows the same address that is on the AIRE registration form<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>request form\u00a0<\/strong>must be generated in Fast It after you have entered in and confirmed your information.<\/li>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong>Italian ID\u00a0<\/strong>we accept:\n<ul>\n<li>Italian passport, OR<\/li>\n<li>Carta d\u2019identit\u00e0 italiana, OR<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the citizenship confirmation received from the Italian Authority (Consulate or Italian Comune) that granted Italian citizenship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For\u00a0<strong>Proof of Legal Stay in the USA\u00a0<\/strong>we accept:\n<ul>\n<li>USA Visa, OR<\/li>\n<li>USA Work Authorization Card, OR<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Resident Card** issued or renewed AFTER 16 August 1992,\n<ul>\n<li>**If the Permanent Resident Card was recently renewed, a scanned copy of the renewal payment receipt issued by the US Immigration is sufficient.
