The new website Prenot@Mi – available at https://prenotami.esteri.it/ – is replacing the existing website, PrenotaOnline for the booking of appointments for consular services. After registering an account and choosing the appropriate Consulate, users can now book appointments beginning with the first available date chosen by the Consulate. Appointments previously booked on PrenotaOnline will be honored; PrenotaOnline will be progressively phased out as the appointments booked on it are used up.
The Prenot@Mi website offers several new features, including increased security and privacy for our users. The new interface is simpler, more intuitive, and more user-friendly; we hope it makes registering and booking easier for our users. It is also possible to upload documents for some services, in order to allow faster service during your appointment.
